What Is Your Ideal Type Of Man?

I’m not talking blonde hair, blue eyes. When it comes to casual dating, do you honestly know what your expectations are? Do you have impossibly long checklists with height stipulations, job resumes and education requirements? Or are you low maintenance with no “Rule Book?”

There’s really no right answer but there are a few basic assumptions you should make when deciding to actually go out with a guy. Depending on his age, he should have certain things set in place.

For instance, if he’s in his late twenties, he should know how to dress, kiss, and know how to respect a lady. Thirties, he should have a well started career and certain goals set that he’s expecting to achieve. In his forties, he should have an established career, a place to live, a nice car and definitely know how to treat a woman by now. Hence, be aware of the distinct differences between his date and one of the guys.

If by month three he’s farting in bed, then the initial bliss has obviously faded. Most girls are a sucker for a little sweet talk and some added finesse. We don’t like men who put up a front to snag us and then change when they feel comfortable. So saying Peace Out at the end of a message is definitely not wooing us. I mean, peace out? What are we, fishing buddies?

While men can be important to us, they are even more important to themselves. They expect even the stars to position themselves to revolve around them so we should adjust accordingly, right? Women want men to see us as more than a sultry arrangement of body parts. So how do we win? Do we just give in to their obscure visions of us and roll over to the idea they will never be perfect? What exactly are we looking for anyway?

To keep it fair, make your checklist small. The less you expect, the less you will be disappointed if he doesn’t measure up! If he’s fabulous and you have no complaints, kudos to you!  There’s plenty of fish in the sea and if you haven’t caught yours yet, pick from a different net!
